Capote player tools

Built-in browser utilities to track your Capote progress across every match.

Capote Tools Hub — Player Utilities

This hub collects the small browser utilities the wiki team has built to make playing Capote easier. All tools run client-side in your browser — no account, no install, no data leaves your device.

Available tools

  • Score Tracker — log your shots, bids, and tricks across every match. Includes match history and exportable CSV.

Wishlisted tools

These are ideas, not live pages:

  • A bid simulator that rolls 1000 sample rounds against bots so you can test your bidding strategy offline.
  • A special card picker that suggests which card to play given the current trick and your remaining hand.

They will live on this hub if the wiki team ships them. Subscribe to the Updates Hub to know when new tools go live.

Why client-side

All tools are intentionally built without a backend. Your match data stays on your device. We do not collect analytics from the tools, and there is no third-party tracker embedded in them.

If you want to share your data, every tool supports CSV export. Paste the CSV into your own spreadsheet or upload it to your favorite stats tracker.

  • Betting Strategy — use the Score Tracker with the strategy guide to measure your improvement.
  • Modes Hub — pick a mode and track stats per mode.
  • Updates Hub — be the first to know when new tools ship.

Why we built these tools

Every Capote player eventually asks the same question: am I getting better? The built-in match stats are minimal, so we built lightweight browser utilities that answer the question without sending your data anywhere. All tools are offline-friendly once the page is loaded.

How to suggest a tool

If you have an idea for a Capote utility — a bid heatmap, a special card RNG simulator, a deck tracker for Betejack — open a thread on the official Luski Game Studio Discord with a short description. The wiki team evaluates suggestions quarterly and ships the most-requested tools first.

What we will not build

We will not build tools that require a login, sync your data to a third-party server, or bundle third-party trackers. Every tool on this hub is offline-first and privacy-respecting.

How to use the tools together

Open the Score Tracker on a second monitor or your phone, and play Capote on your main screen. After every round, enter your bid and your tricks won. After ten matches, export the CSV and look for patterns in your weakest bid range.
